ICSynergy seeks a Senior Identity Management Developer to work at our Plano, Texas office to analyze, design, customize, and implement identity management solutions at the enterprise level, utilizing Oracle Waveset, as well as other vendors’ identity management products. The candidate must have a master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in computer science or related field plus five or more years experience in the job offered or a related position. Experience must include: (i) three or more years using the Oracle Waveset/Sun Identity Manager, with familiarity of Sun Directory Server, OpenSSO, Policy Agents, etc.; (ii) IDM Xpress scripting languages; (iii) designing solutions using J2EE and/or JAAS; (iii) XML, LDAP, JDBC, JAAS & SAML; and (iv) relational databases and structured query language, including stored procedures and triggers.
Must have proven experience with Sun Identity Manager (SIM), OpenSSO, Sun Role Manager, or Oracle OIM/OIA/OAM/OID/OVD.
Experience includes:
- Business Requirements gathering
- Architecting IAM solutions
- Experience with Role Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Development of Single Sign On Solutions
- Workflow development
- Form development
- Connector development
- Java / JSP knowledge
The candidate must be a strong team player able to work with a team or independently; able to communicate and lead clients through successful identity management deployments, including planning, design, deployment and stabilization.
